Thank you for considering Arc-Tec Inc. to build your new home. We provide our clients the following services: concept to plan design, construction cost budgeting, interior design, and home site selection assistance. Currently, Arc-Tec Inc. builds 3-5 homes a year enabling us to give your home the attention it deserves. Building to fit your needs, we have built homes from 1,000 sq. ft. to 16,000 sq. ft. We are currently building homes in the Crystal Falls Community located in Leander, TX, and we have lots available for purchase. Crystal Falls is a beautiful gated community with oversized lots, underground utilities, and a golf course. Whether you have your own plan, lot, or are just getting started, we are confident that we can help you.

We also have lots available on Comanche Trail (South Lake Travis area) with lake views. With the purchase of one of our lots and the construction of a new home, we offer a set of construction plans at no cost to you.

If you do not have plans, we can recommend a design firm that will design your home in a timely manner. Need help with paint colors, tile selections, granite counter tops, etc.? Yes, we can assist. Together we can help you design a home that meets your needs, style, budget, and one that makes the most of your home site.
