This home was the dream home for this client and was most rewarding for both the owners and myself. The owners had a vision for their perfect house as they started their new family. The designer and Arc-Tec Inc. worked together throughout the planning, design and the construction of this custom home to reflect the owner’s vision to achieve a beautiful home.

Safety, security and privacy were at the top of the owner’s requirements as well as a comfortable living atmosphere. Some of the features included an automatic operating pool cover, wrought iron fencing, entry gate with monitoring, smoke fire and security systems, just to name a few. The plush landscaping design along with the home’s location on the two acre plus lot gave the desired privacy.

The team efforts between the owners, designer and Arc-Tec exceeded all expectations for this one of a kind home. Whether inside or outside you will enjoy the comfort and warmth of an unforgettable living experience.
