Arc-Tec Portfolio - Hill Top View

This beautiful home was designed by Blu Fish Design Group and was a very inspiring project for us to have been a part of. Arc-Tec Inc. worked closely with the designer to insure his design had the necessary structural integrity before moving it from paper into reality. As a team effort between the designer and builder we were able to keep construction costs in line with the desired total allowance.

The beautiful hill top view is readily available for viewing from the master suit, great room, kitchen and breakfast room as well as from the pool, veranda and casita. The pool is located as to receive maximum sun throughout the day while the veranda is shaded for a comfortable experience whether just simply relaxing or entertaining guests.

This home is extremely comfortable and user friendly whether raising a family or entertaining guests.
